Blake Griffin sidelined with hamstring, knee issues
The Detroit Pistons will be without forward Blake Griffin for at least the first two weeks of the NBA season, the team announced on Tuesday.
Griffin will not travel with the team to their season opener in Indiana on Wednesday as he continues his “treatment and conditioning regimen for left hamstring and posterior knee soreness.”
The Pistons say Griffin will be re-evaluated “for a return to action” during the first week of November.
