Pro Late Models Wrap Up Nashville Season on Sunday

Before the Super Late Models hit the high banks of Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway on October 30, a Pro Late Model showcase featuring the local Nashville stars and the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour will hit the track for 100 laps.

Currently, 38 cars are entered for the Pro Late Model 100 as part of the US Tank & Cryogenic Equipment All American 400 In Memory of Jillian and Jonathan Brown.

As always, the Pro Late Model feature during All American weekend draws competition from around the country. Alabama (Johnny Brazier, Jim Wall), California (Buddy Kofoid, Jake Bollman), Florida (Stephen Nasse), Indiana (JP Crabtree, Cole Williams), Ohio (Ryan Fleming, Mike Mazzagatti), Massachusetts (Gio Ruggiero), Michigan (Katie Hettinger), Missouri (Dylan Bates), North Carolina (Brent Crews) and Wisconsin (Casey Johnson) are all represented on the entry list.

Of course, anyone who hopes to leave Nashville with the guitar will have to go through a strong contingent of local competitors to do it. Furthermore, the race serves as the championship finale for Nashville’s Pro Late Model division, which has its own title fight on the line.

Hunter Wright leads Dylan Fetcho by just three points entering Sunday’s feature. Fetcho narrowly edged out Jackson Boone for the win the last time the Pro Late Models saw the track at Nashville.

Fetcho is seeking his second championship in three years at Nashville, having won the title in 2020. Meanwhile, Hunter Wright is looking for his first track championship at Nashville.

As is often the case with marquee Late Model events, there are several drivers who will be attempting all 400 laps of racing Sunday between the Pro Late Model and Super Late Model. Casey Johnson, Jackson Boone, Stephen Nasse and Dylan Fetcho are doing the double this weekend in Nashville.
