ASA STARS National Tour Goes Back Home to Anderson for Redbud 400

The ASA STARS National Tour will return to action this weekend for the 58th Annual Redbud 400. ASA has a storied history at Anderson Speedway as this was the birthplace and home of ASA for many years. A who’s who of Pavement Super Late Model racing is entered for Saturday’s 400-lap event.

There will be plenty of local flavor in the field this Saturday night, July 20th. CRA standouts Cody Coughlin, Billy Van Meter, Chase Burda, and Blake Rowe will be competing. Avon, IN native Scotty Tomasik will be on hand as well. Making the short drive from Muncie, IN, J.P Crabtree will also be running the 400-lap event.

The stars of pavement Super Late Model racing are ready to roll for this Saturday night as well. ASA STARS National Tour point leader, Casey Roderick, will look to keep his point lead, while last year’s Redbud winner, Cole Butcher, will look to go back to back. Florida fan favorite, Stephen Nasse, is set to take on the tight quarter-mile oval. Young up and comers Dawson Sutton, Gio Ruggiero, Caden Kvapil, Kyle Steckly, and Derek Kraus are all looking to add their names to the list of Redbud 400 winners. Austin Nason will be one to keep an eye on. Nason has lots of knowledge and experience on tight quarter-mile ovals.
