Lando Norris makes his mark, literally, as Zak Brown commemorates Miami GP win
McLaren’s Lando Norris.
Zak Brown has added to his tattoo collection with new ink to mark Lando Norris’ Miami Grand Prix victory, and he even trusted his driver with the tattoo gun.
Joining McLaren back in 2016, Brown had to wait a few years before the team under his leadership recorded their first win with Daniel Ricciardo P1 at the 2021 Italian Grand Prix.
Zak Brown: Yep, I did it again!
The CEO commemorated the moment by getting a tattoo of the Monza circuit on his upper arm.
Norris claimed his first Grand Prix victory at the Miami Grand Prix, overtaking Max Verstappen to the finish line, turning one into two.
It appears that Brown trusts his driver not only to perform on the track, but also in the tattoo parlour.
He celebrated Norris’ win by getting a new tattoo of the Miami Autodrome, even allowing the Briton to contribute to some of the tattooing.

“On X, previously called Twitter, he posted, ‘Yep, I did it again!'”
This time, another tattoo to celebrate our victory in Miami and Lando’s first win in F1.
“I must admit, it was equally as painful as the first time. Thankfully, Lando was there to offer me all the support I required… or not!”
Norris is hoping that his first victory in Miami won’t be his only win of the season.
“The 24-year-old told Sky Sports in the build-up to the Canadian Grand Prix, ‘At the moment, it seems like we are close every weekend, but it’s impossible to predict, and I can’t say no,'”
“I may not declare ‘this is my weekend,’ but recent weekends have given me enough confidence to assert that we’re in a strong competition with Red Bull and Ferrari.”
“I want to express that yes, we do stand a good chance. The team is performing exceptionally and I believe I am as well. Our collective performance as a team is boosting our confidence every weekend.”
Brown may still receive more attention before this championship concludes…
