Front Row Motorsports Adds Noah Gragson to 2025 NASCAR Cup Series Driver Lineup

The NASCAR Silly Season dominoes continue to fall and on Wednesday afternoon Front Row Motorsports officially added Noah Gragson to its NASCAR Cup Series driver lineup for the 2025 season. In an announcement at NASCAR Studios, FRM announced a multi-year agreement with the 25-year-old driver.

The move will keep Gragson, who has been driving the No. 10 Ford Mustang Dark Horse for Stewart-Haas Racing this season, in the Ford Performance family for the foreseeable future. Front Row, which will expand to a three-chartered NASCAR Cup Series team in 2025, feels the time was right to land Gragson and that the driver is primed for a breakthrough in NASCAR's premier division.

"We feel that this is a great opportunity and the perfect time to bring Noah to our organization," said Bob Jenkins, owner of Front Row Motorsports. "He has just the right amount of experience in the NASCAR Cup Series to break out and become a winner for years to come. This season, Noah has started to get the finishes and race consistently up front, which was expected from him.

"Joining our team, staying with Ford Performance, and welcoming him to our partners, we are only going to accelerate his opportunity to win races and compete in the playoffs. This is the driver that we want to help us get more wins."

While Jenkins and the Front Row Motorsports team see a lot in the Las Vegas native, Gragson also has seen the moves the organization has made over the last few years to build itself into a top-tier NASCAR Cup Series organization. FRM moved to a Tier-1 team within the Ford Performance family this season and acquired a third-team charter heading for next season. Gragson genuinely feels the team is poised to take the next step.

“I think a lot of people have seen the growth of Front Row Motorsports over the past several seasons in the NASCAR Cup Series,” said Gragson. “This team, with Ford Performance, has shown it is capable of winning and wants to win more. Meeting Bob (Jenkins) and Jerry (Freeze), there is a determination and plan to continue to grow and compete against the absolute best. There is a strong commitment on their part, and I am ready to give it my best next season. Until that time, I want to say that I'm focusing on the task at hand with Stewart-Haas Racing to finish the season with intentions of racing for wins with them."

Gragson joins Todd Gilliland, who the team announced to a multiyear contract extension on June 5, and another driver to be announced in the Front Row Motorsports NASCAR Cup Series stable next season.

Front Row Motorsports will unveil the car number, sponsorship partners, and crew chief for Gragson's entry at a later date.

Gragson undoubtedly brings a lot of talent into the fold at Front Row Motorsports. Gragson has amassed 15 NASCAR National Series wins, including 13 in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, which makes him the winningest NASCAR National Series driver ever to be signed to Front Row's full-time driver roster since the organization's inception in 2005.

Gragson is also a former Championship 4 competitor in both the NASCAR Xfinity Series (2021 and 2022) and the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (2018).

Despite a trying rookie campaign in the NASCAR Cup Series in 2023, Gragson moved to Stewart-Haas Racing and rebounded in a big way this season. The driver recorded his career-best finish of third at Talladega Superspeedway earlier this season and has racked up six top-10 finishes.

Even with a 35-point penalty for a roof rail infraction at Atlanta Motor Speedway, Gragson sits 23rd in the NASCAR Cup Series championship standings after 20 races.

In signing with Front Row Motorsports, Gragson becomes the third Stewart-Haas Racing driver, in recent weeks, to land a 2025 driving opportunity in the NASCAR Cup Series. SHR announced its plans to shut down at the end of the current season in May.

A couple of weeks ago, Chase Briscoe announced his move to Joe Gibbs Racing's No. 19 entry, which will be vacated by Martin Truex Jr.

Josh Berry, the current driver of the No. 4 Stewart-Haas Racing entry, announced last week that he will move to the historic Wood Brothers Racing team next year.

Ryan Preece, the current driver of the Stewart-Haas Racing No. 41 Ford Mustang in the NASCAR Cup Series, as well as the team's two current NASCAR Xfinity Series drivers Cole Custer and Riley Herbst, have yet to announce their plans for 2025.
