Race Results: NASCAR Cup Series Toyota / Save Mart 350 at Sonoma
Kyle Larson had the fresher tires, and he had plenty of fuel, and in the end he scooted around Martin Truex Jr. for the race lead with nine laps remaining in Sunday's Toyota / Save Mart 350 at Sonoma Raceway.
Larson wouldn't look back, and as he crossed the finish line for his third win of the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season, Truex's fuel tank ran dry, which led to Michael McDowell scoring a second-place finish. Chris Buescher, Chase Elliott, and Ross Chastain rounded out the top-five finishers in the race.
