Once all votes have been counted, players will be ranked by position (guard and frontcourt) within each conference and within each of the three voting groups – fan votes, player votes, and media votes. A player’s score will be determined by taking an average of his weighted rank from the fan votes, the player votes, and the media votes. The two guards and three frontcourt players with the highest score in each conference will be selected as NBA All-Star Game starters. If there’s a tie in scores within a position group, fan voting will serve as the deciding factor.

NBA All-Star Voting 2019 presented by Google runs from Dec. 25 – Jan. 21. The two remaining fan voting updates will be shared on Thursday, Jan. 10 and Thursday, Jan. 17.

During the voting period, there are five “2-for-1 Days” where fan votes are counted twice. These days, scheduled from 12 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. ET, are today, tomorrow, January 10, January 11, and January 21. This applies to all voting platforms.
