Bulls forward Derrick Jones Jr. will return in 6-8 weeks after fracturing his right thumb on Tuesday.
Chicago Bulls forward Derrick Jones Jr. fractured his right index finger on Tuesday while working out at the Advocate Center, according to the team.
Jones has been sidelined since Jan. 12 after sustaining a bone bruise in his right knee in the Bulls’ 138-112 loss to the Brooklyn Nets.
Injury Update: Derrick Jones Jr. fractured his right index finger earlier today while working out at the Advocate Center. Jones, sidelined since January 12, has been placed in a splint and is expected to return in 6-8 weeks.
