Massive Pork Tenderloin Sandwich
Dating back to the early 1900s, the Tenderloin Sandwich has been a comforting staple for Hoosiers and this unique rendition is bound to maintain that long-standing tenderloin tradition. The Massive Pork Tenderloin Sandwich extends beyond its brioche bun, receiving an infusion of additional flavors from a quintet of toppings, namely, zesty herb aioli, yellow onion, dill pickles, tomato, and lettuce.
Ingredients

Brioche bun toasted |
Herb mayo |
Pork tenderloin, fried |
Green leaf lettuce |
2 5×6 sliced tomatoes |
2 yellow onions |
3 dill pickles |
HERB AIOLI |
1/4 cup thyme |
1/4 cup oregano |
1/2 cup parsley |
2 tbsp. garlic |
1/2 cup EVOO |
8 cups mayo |
Directions:
SANDWICH:
- Cook breaded pork tenderloin at 350 F for 3-4 minutes until it is thoroughly cooked and has a golden color. Let the extra grease drain over the fryer.
- Toasted bun lightly on flat top.
- Apply herb mayo on the top and bottom bun.
- Put the bottom bun on the plate and place the fried pork filet on top of it.
- Place lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles on the bottom bun, then seal with the top bun.
- Insert a toothpick to keep the sandwich together.
HERB AIOLO:
- Mix all until well combined.
- Keep refrigerated for up to seven days until you’re ready to use it.
