Massive Pork Tenderloin Sandwich
Dating back to the early 1900s, the Tenderloin Sandwich has been a traditional comfort food for Hoosiers. This unique version is set to keep the tenderloin tradition thriving. The Massive Pork Tenderloin Sandwich, extending past its brioche bun, gets an added flavor boost from a quintet of toppings: zesty herb aioli, yellow onion, dill pickles, tomato, and lettuce.
Ingredients

Herb mayo |
Pork tenderloin, fried |
Green leaf lettuce |
2 5×6 sliced tomatoes |
2 yellow onions |
3 dill pickles |
HERB AIOLI |
1/4 cup thyme |
1/4 cup oregano |
1/2 cup parsley |
2 tbsp. garlic |
1/2 cup EVOO |
8 cups mayo |
Directions:
SANDWICH:
- Bake the breaded pork tenderloin at 350 F for about 3-4 minutes or until it is fully cooked and has a golden color. Then, let the extra grease drain over the fryer.
- Toasted bun lightly on flat top.
- Apply herb mayo on both the top and bottom bun.
- Put the bottom bun on the plate and add the fried pork filet on top.
- Place lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles on the burger, then cover with the top bun.
- Insert a toothpick to keep the sandwich together.
HERB AIOLO:
- Mix all until well combined.
- Keep refrigerated for up to seven days until ready to use.
