Jennifer Hudson, Babyface among NBA All-Star 2024 performances

NEW YORK — The NBA today announced a star-studded entertainment lineup for NBA All-Star 2024 in Indianapolis, featuring musical acts throughout the week headlined by the youngest female EGOT winner and daytime talk show host Jennifer Hudson, who will perform at halftime of the 73rd NBA All-Star Game on Sunday, Feb. 18 on TNT.
Babyface, a 13-time GRAMMY© Award-winning singer, songwriter, and producer from Indianapolis, along with Charlotte Cardin, a Juno Award-winning singer from Canada, will perform the U.S. and Canadian national anthems respectively, before the NBA All-Star Game.
The NBA Crossover, a fan event by the league, will showcase performances spanning over three days. The concert series will kick off on Friday, Feb. 16, with performances by GRAMMY Award winners Zedd and T-Pain, who is also a global cultural icon and entrepreneur, at the Michelob ULTRA Courtside Concert. The following day, the NBA Experiences Saturday Pregame Concert will feature performances by four-time GRAMMY Award winner Keith Urban and GRAMMY nominee Walker Hayes. On Sunday, five-time GRAMMY Award-winning rapper and global icon Lil Wayne will perform before the NBA All-Star Game. Tickets can be bought from NBAEvents.com or via the NBA Events App.
Coco Jones, a GRAMMY Award-winning singer and actress, will perform the U.S. national anthem and ‘Lift Every Voice,’ the Black national anthem, on Saturday, Feb. 17 at 2 p.m. ET. She will be joined by the Winston Salem State University Red Sea of Sound and Virginia Union University Ambassadors of Sound at the HBCU Classic, which will be aired on TNT, ESPN2, and NBA TV. This event is sponsored by AT&T.
On the previous day, Indianapolis band The Brothers Footman and Canadian singer-songwriter Kyra Daniel will sing the U.S. and Canadian national anthems respectively. Their performances will kickstart the 2024 Rising Stars event at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, starting at 9 p.m. ET and broadcasted on TNT.
Adam Blackstone, an Emmy© Award-winning musician, will take on the role of Musical Director for the NBA All-Star 2024.
