Rendezvous BBQ Nachos
Rendezvous, owned by Charlie Vergos, is a mainstay in Memphis, renowned for its globally famous recipes. These special dishes were born in the legendary basement of Rendezvous in Downtown Memphis and have become favorites among both locals and tourists. Rendezvous BBQ Nachos, in particular, are a hit among Memphis Grizzlies fans at the FedExForum.
Ingredients:
| 3 oz. bag tortilla chips |
| 1/4 cup pulled pork shoulder or chopped chicken |
| 1/4 cup of your favorite quality cheese sauce |
| Rendezvous BBQ sauce |
| Rendezvous seasoning |
| jalapeños (optional) |
Directions:
Arrange a layer of tortilla chips.
Add warm, pulled pork shoulder or chopped chicken to your dish. You can also choose to make it half and half.
3. Add 1/4 cup of warmed cheese sauce
Pour your desired amount of Rendezvous BBQ sauce on top.
Shake a substantial amount of Rendezvous seasoning.
6. Top with jalapeños
