Rendezvous BBQ Nachos

The signature dishes were first created in the famous basement of Rendezvous, located in Downtown Memphis, serving both locals and visitors. Among these dishes, the Rendezvous BBQ Nachos stand out as a favorite for fans of the Memphis Grizzlies at FedExForum.
Ingredients:
| 3 oz. bag tortilla chips |
| 1/4 cup pulled pork shoulder or chopped chicken |
| 1/4 cup of your favorite quality cheese sauce |
| Rendezvous BBQ sauce |
| Rendezvous seasoning |
| jalapeños (optional) |
Directions:
Arrange a bed of tortilla chips.
2. Include warm pulled pork shoulder or chopped chicken, or a mix of both.
3. Add 1/4 cup of warmed cheese sauce
Pour your preferred amount of Rendezvous BBQ sauce on top.
Shake a liberal amount of Rendezvous seasoning.
6. Top with jalapeños
