Kyrie Irving (PG/SG – DAL): $9,600 DraftKings, $14,000 FanDuel
Irving struggled in the OKC series, but he’s been mauling Minnesota. The versatile guard has scored at least 37 DraftKings points in all four meetings with Minnesota this season, averaging 47 DK points per game! It’s hard to believe we have a fantasy-relevant option next to Luka, but Irving is the second-best option in this series right now with his 40-minute role!
Anthony Edwards (SG/SF – MIN): $11,600 DraftKings, $15,500 FanDuel
Edwards had 26 points, nine rebounds, and nine assists in that Game 3 en route to 52 DraftKings points. That’s been a regular trend in these playoffs, with ANT scoring at least 40 DraftKings points in 13 of his last 14 fixtures. He’s also averaging 49 DK points across 40 minutes a night in that span and could play a full 48 minutes in this elimination game. If we get 45 minutes and 25-30 shots from Edwards, he needs to be in consideration for the top-scoring player on this single-game card!
Cash Game Considerations
Luka Doncic (PG – DAL): $13,800 DraftKings, $17,500 FanDuel
Doncic led the league with 66 DraftKings points per game during the regular season, showcasing a 50-point floor. That’s what we’ve seen in this series, with Luka scoring at least 60 DK points in five straight fixtures. He’s also generated a 70-point average since the All-Star break and is Dallas’s safest option in this closeout game.
GPP Targets
Daniel Gafford (C – DAL): $6,600 DraftKings, $10,500 FanDuel
Gafford might be in for a 30-minute workload with Lively injured. This guy averaged 37 DK points per game this season when he played at least 25 minutes and saw that average creep above 40 DK points when he played over 30 minutes. That could happen here, given how shorthanded this team is right now, and it’s an excellent opportunity to use him after that Game 3 dud. We wouldn’t even be opposed to using him in your star slot!
Value Plays
Rudy Gobert (C – MIN): $8,000 DraftKings, $12,000 FanDuel
Gobert will rarely go off, but there are not many better options for 30 fantasy points. The big man records a double-double in almost every game, scoring at least 26 DK points in all but 12 games this year. That pairs beautifully with his 36-point average, especially since he faces a Mavs team missing numerous big men right now. You better believe Minnesota will play their best defense of the season in this elimination game, which should allow Gobert to gobble up 10-15 rebounds at ease.
Jaden McDaniels (SG/SF – MIN): $6,000 DraftKings, $10,000 FanDuel
McDaniels has been doing everything possible to keep the Wolves heads above water, playing the best basketball of his career. The defensive stud has scored at least 35 DraftKings points in three of his last five games. What really matters is his role, playing 35-40 minutes while taking double-digit shots in every game. As long as Luka and Kyrie are out there, McDaniels should be guaranteed 40 minutes in this must-win game.
