Joel Embiid (back), James Harden (hamstring) out against Heat

The Sixers will be without James Harden and Joel Embiid against the Heat on Monday.

The Philadelphia 76ers have ruled out Joel Embiid and James Harden for Monday’s game against the Miami Heat (7:30 p.m. ET, NBA League Pass).

Embiid will be sidelined with back soreness, while Harden is out as he continues to recover from a left hamstring injury.

Doc Rivers says Embiid has been dealing with back soreness and the 76ers are being cautious with Harden’s hamstring issue. Both Embiid and Harden are out tonight vs. Heat on the second night of a back-to-back for the 76ers.
