Forsling takes Stanley Cup on helicopter ride in Sweden
During a hometown visit, the Panthers forward enjoys cinnamon buns and spends time with his family.

Gustav Forsling and the Stanley Cup are still flying high.
On Friday, the defenseman from the Florida Panthers took the trophy on a helicopter tour of his hometown, Linköping, Sweden.
Wearing his Panthers jersey, Forsling ensured the safety of the Lord Stanley trophy as he wrapped his arm around it, taking in the scenery from below.

Earlier in the morning, the seasoned defenseman and his mom enjoyed Swedish cinnamon rolls for breakfast from the Cup.

He also ensured Stanley had a nice view of the lake.

Forsling brought the trophy to Saab Arena, his former playing ground where he used to play for Linköping HC in the Swedish Hockey League during his teenage years, in the afternoon. Upon his arrival with the Cup, hundreds of fans welcomed him with cheers.
