Quinn Hughes gave one life-long Vancouver Canucks fan 105 reasons to jump up.
The Canucks captain surprised Dorothy Palmer, a 105-year-old fan, after the team’s training camp scrimmage in Penticton, British Columbia on Sunday.
The adorable fan jumped out of her chair and ran to give Hughes a hug as soon as she spotted in him during a video posted by the Canucks on social media.
Dear friend and lifelong fan of the #Canucks, 105-year-old Dorothy Palmer, joined us today in Penticton!
Quinn Hughes made sure today is a day she will never forget.

Hughes complimented Palmer’s custom No. 105 Canucks jersey.
“I like your jersey,” Hughes said. “You don’t see a lot of those.”
The two then posed for a picture together. After, the Canucks defenseman signed Palmer’s jersey and wrote a special message.
“Thank you for all your support,” Hughes wrote on the sweater.
Easily, one of the best days in 105 years.
